2026 Election & Meeting Information
2026 Election Notice & Call for Candidates
The ArrowBrooke Homeowners Association is accepting applications from homeowners interested in serving on the Board of Directors. Three (3) Board seats are up for election this year.
The Board plays an important role in overseeing Association operations, managing the community’s finances, and making decisions in the best interest of ArrowBrooke homeowners. If you are interested in getting involved and helping shape the future of our community, we encourage you to submit a candidate application.
Understanding the Role of a Board Member
Serving on the ArrowBrooke Board of Directors is an opportunity to help guide the community and make decisions that affect all homeowners. Before applying, we encourage you to understand the responsibilities that come with the role:
- Financial Responsibility: Board members help oversee the Association’s budget, expenses, contracts, and long-term reserve planning.
- Governance: Decisions must be made in accordance with the Association’s governing documents, applicable laws, and the best interests of the Association.
- Time and Preparation: Serving requires reviewing meeting materials, attending meetings, asking questions, and participating in informed discussions.
- Community-Wide Perspective: Board members must consider the needs of the community as a whole, even when individual homeowners have differing opinions or priorities.
- Collaboration and Accountability: Board members are expected to work respectfully with fellow directors, management, and homeowners while exercising sound judgment and fulfilling their responsibilities to the Association.
You do not need prior HOA Board experience to serve. A willingness to learn, prepare, participate, and approach decisions thoughtfully is important. Before submitting your application, please consider whether you can commit the time and effort needed to serve in this role and help guide ArrowBrooke responsibly.
