Steps
- Review the Leasing Policy Amendment Below
- Complete the Tenant/Lease Registration Form Below
- Submit the $200 Lease Fee – Payment can be made by money order, cashier’s check, personal check, or coordinated for online payment after form submission here
- Submit the Amenity Agreement - Click here for the link (you will need to list the homeowner's information as specified on the home deed, but list tenant names on the bottom section)
