Pool Access Intructions
Step 1: Complete the Amenity Waiver
Before any credentials can be issued, a completed Amenity Waiver must be submitted.
Step 2: Watch for an Email from Prodata Key
After your waiver has been submitted, please allow time for the onsite team to manually process your request and send your registration email. Once processed, you’ll receive an email from Prodata Key with a unique link and instructions on activating your mobile credential(s).
Step 3: Download the Prodata Key App
You’ll need the app to use your credentials. Download it here:
Step 4: Open the Email on the Device You Plan to Use at the Pool
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Open and complete the activation on the phone or device you’ll bring with you to the pool. Credentials cannot be moved to another device once installed.
Step 5: Activate Your Credential
Follow the instructions in the email to accept and activate your credential within the app.

Step 6: Accessing the Pool Gate
-> Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
Approach the gate and hold your device near the black access panel.
The panel light will turn orange, then green, indicating the gate has unlocked.
