The Gathering Place II (752 ArrowBrooke Avenue)
The Gathering Place II opened its doors in the summer of 2020. This amenity center features a resort-style pool with a lap lane and bubblers, a pergola near grills, and a playground.
This amenity center also houses the office of the ArrowBrooke Homeowners Association, which includes the community manager, operations coordinator, and lifestyle director.
Office hours: 9am - 5pm

The Gathering Place III was opened in the spring of 2024. This amenity features a shaded pavilion with a large green space, a built-in ping-pong table, a cornhole set, and sitting tables. It has lots of space for family and friend gatherings along with areas for food trucks to hook up and serve!
